Here is another favorite veggie burger recipe. This one is from Plantiful Wellness. (A link to the site and recipe is below.) They're made with lentils, (hence the name, Lentil Patties) and don't require having cooked beans on hand since they use lentils which cook very quickly. If you have ever made veggie burgers before, you know that getting all the ingredients to stick together can sometimes be a challenge. These are an exception. They hold together very well!
Here's one of my favorite veggie burger recipes. My 5 year old loves it too so this one is kid approved. It's mom approved because it's nutritious and (sometimes more important - especially some days) it's quick & easy! I love simple, quick, easy, nutritious food that tastes great!
