Here's what I do:
- I simply look at which fresh fruits & veggies I have on hand. (If you don't have them in your house, you won't eat them so make sure your fridge is stocked well. ;) )
- Start chopping if necessary.
- Play and see what comes together. This only takes a few minutes to do. The kids enjoy the anticipation - waiting to see the latest creation. Or you can let them create (and eat) their own masterpiece!
- Have fun!!
We've always worked at eating well. My daughter eats a lot of veggies (preferably raw) but she eats even more when presented this way. It is all about presentation right?

One of my favorites. Celery stalk for the flower. A snow pea and a lettuce leaf as "leaves". Decorated with frozen corn. (She likes it that way which makes it very easy. Organic is best with corn.)
